Craig Silvey delivered the 2021 Isabelle Lake Memorial Lecture.  In his lecture, Craig discussed the ethics of representation, the importance of visibility and diversity in our cultural landscape, and the potential of stories to encourage meaningful change. 

Craig was joined by Alyce Schotte from TransFolk of WA, who worked with him on his research for Honeybee, which focuses on a transgender character. 

Equal Opportunity Commission and the University of Western Australia hosted the lecture at the Tattersall Lecture Theatre.
